How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- In original condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
